Focus Day №1: Calm Mind, Intentional Work with Olya Balan
9 am – 5:30 pm ⎮ A structured, community-based workday at DOMA Coworking for people who want to make progress with clarity and focus. Available for DOMA Club members, and for guests with a coworking day pass — €18 for the full day.
Most of our workdays are similar — too many context switches, too many interruptions, and not enough sustained attention on what actually matters.

DOMA Focus Day is designed to change that. It offers a calm environment, a shared structure, and a supportive group that helps you feel better about both the process and the results of your work.
How DOMA Focus Day Works
This is a 9 am – 5:30 pm experience where 15 people work alongside each other, following a simple productivity protocol offered and facilitated by a facilitator actively practicing it. You can join for the full day or drop in for selected sessions; the structure stays the same, and people who stay for the whole cycle usually get the most out of it.

🕘 9 am – 5:30 pm structured cycles

Why collective Focus Helps
Social facilitation: being around others who are focused increases individual focus and reduces attention drift.
Light-touch accountability: brief check-ins improve task completion and reduce procrastination.
Aligned work–rest cycles help maintain cognitive endurance throughout the day.
Shared presence reduces isolation and increases motivation, especially for deep work.
DOMA Focus Day translates these principles into a calm, repeatable format.
Core Components of Focus Day
Arrival & Goal Setting
A short grounding session to clarify what you want to accomplish and how you’ll structure your effort.
Deep Work Cycles
60–90 minute focus blocks with minimal distractions. People work on their own tasks but follow the same rhythm.
Peer Check-Ins
Short, optional peer-to-peer rounds to refine goals, unblock issues, and create gentle accountability.
Movement & Reset Breaks
Light stretching, breathwork, or a brief walk — simple resets led by the facilitator.
Facilitator’s Method
Each Focus Day applies one specific productivity protocol or technique — practical tools the facilitator uses themselves and can share with the group.
Closing Reflection
A brief, structured end to consolidate what was completed and what felt effective.

Focus Day №1 ⎮ December 4

Nothing esoteric, nothing abstract — just grounded methods for attention, clarity, and better work.
Facilitator’s Method — Learn to Sustain Your Attention
Each Focus Day features one specific productivity protocol or work upgrade technique.
