Convivium is presented by Anastasia Kourkouta and Maurício Ferreira, a dining project rooted in live-fire cooking, shared tables, and the kind of meal that lingers long after the last plate is cleared. Inspired by the Portuguese coast, Brazilian warmth, and Greek hospitality, their approach is simple: seasonal ingredients, honest food, and people gathered around a common table.
On 3 July, Anastasia and Maurício bring Convivium to DOMA's wooden terrace for an evening that begins with fire and ends with dessert cooked over the same flame.
6:30 PM - The fire is lit and preparations begin.
7:00 PM - Guests arrive to welcome drinks, fire-cooked finger food, and the chance to meet the chefs.
8:00 PM - Guests are seated for a communal family-style feast. Sharing plates arrive directly from the fire throughout the evening.
The experience concludes with a dessert prepared over the fire.
