Do I have to be naked?

No. There is no pressure to be naked.

What about other guests and shared spaces?

Ask the team about clothing in shared spaces before booking.

What is the difference between Flow and Circle?

Flow is an open gathering with shorter guided rounds in the steam dome, with time for cold water and rest between rounds. Circle brings one group together for a guided experience with a shared start and finish. Check your chosen session for its hours and arrival details.

What happens inside the dome?

In most sessions, guides use bundles of oak, birch or linden branches to apply heat and for light bodywork. Between steam rounds, cool down in the water or rest.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Choose your session from the schedule and book through Momence to secure your place. Check the arrival time on your booking. BodyLab treatments should be arranged at least 24 hours ahead.

What is included in my visit?

Choose Flow or Circle for guided steam sessions. Forest Spa is a separate, self-directed booking for the sauna, ice bath, hot tub and lounge. Check the Momence listing for the inclusions and access hours of your chosen ticket.

Are there any rules I should know before visiting?

Read the notes on your selected session before booking. They cover arrival, age limits, clothing, phones and cancellations. Current Sunset Flow guidance asks guests to arrive 15 minutes early, leave phones outside the space, and avoid alcohol or other substances before the session.

What should I bring?

Just bring your swimsuit or shorts. Towels and wraps are provided for Flow and Circle sessions.
