7 pm – 9:30 pm | A guided Steam ritual fuelled by the power of heat and cold plunge contrasts. Working with intentions, our Steam practitioners will guide you to mental and bodily release. Set in the stillness of our woodland Steam Centre.

This guided Steam journey blends intensity and intention, using the power of high heat to dissolve stored tension, expand awareness, and energise the body. Unfolding through 3-4 phases, with contrast therapy, herbal infusions and emotional prompts, it’s a supported journey to emotional and bodily release.
About ATMOS
ATMOS is DOMA’s on-site Steam Centre, made up of a clay Steam dome, cold plunge, and forest lounge. Combining heat, whisks, and herbal infusions, our trained Steam practitioners combine ancient healing techniques and modern science to slow the mind, reset the nervous system, and bring the body to relaxation and release. An oasis from the outside world and an expansive community space.
