About Unity Steam Flow

This social Steam ritual at ATMOS is built around collective energy, release, and restoration. Guests are invited to come and go at their own pace, unwinding in the Steam dome in guided shorter rounds – each with its own rhythm and sensory shape. Between rounds, the forest lounge is an open community space for connection over herbal tea and ambient music. 

With this ticket, arrival time is flexible.

ATMOS is DOMA’s on-site Steam Centre, made up of a clay Steam dome, cold plunge, and forest lounge. Combining heat, whisks, and herbal infusions, our trained Steam practitioners combine ancient healing techniques and modern science to slow the mind, reset the nervous system, and bring the body to relaxation and release. An oasis from the outside world and an expansive community space.
