HOW THE SESSION UNFOLDS

Led by Barista André Oliveira, this two-hour workshop is designed for anyone who wants to brew better coffee at home.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine what you already know. The session is kept small by design, with a maximum of 12 participants, so every person gets hands-on time with the equipment and direct access to André throughout.

The workshop begins with a guided introduction to specialty coffee, where it comes from, what makes it different, and how to taste it with intention. André leads a structured coffee tasting, walking participants through the flavour notes and characteristics of each cup.

From there, the session moves into hands-on brewing. Participants work directly with four methods: V60, AeroPress, French Press, and Moka Pot. Each method has its own logic: grind size, water temperature, extraction time, and André is on hand throughout to guide, adjust, and answer questions in real time.

The final part of the session is dedicated to troubleshooting and Q&A. Whether you want to dial in a specific method, understand why your coffee at home tastes different, or simply ask what equipment to buy next, this is the moment to ask.

The experience includes a freshly baked pastry from the Bakery, and an optional coffee is available after the session for those who want to stay a little longer.
