Program and Participants
One day at DOMA, from morning movement to the last dance. Children’s program runs alongside from 14:00.

09:30 | Check-in opens | Collect your wristband. Hotel guests get theirs from the hotel team. |
10:00 – 11:30 | Morning movement and CONTRA training | Breathwork, then 90 minutes of HIIT: strength, coordination and balance. |
From 12:00 | ATMOS Steam Sessions and massages | Massages 12:00–17:00. Optional, paid separately. Advance booking required. |
13:30 | Lunch at DOMA | Lunch stations: burgers and pregos, soup and sandwiches, poke bowls and borsh. The Bistro is closed during lunch. |
14:00 – 16:00 | Meet and connect | Relaxed, self-guided activities in the Main Hall. |
17:30 – 19:00 | BBQ dinner and ambient music | Dinner is included in the ticket. An ambient DJ sets the mood. |
19:00 – 21:00 | Tea ceremony and live music | A tea ceremony in the Main Hall with an intimate acoustic performance. |
Evening | Poker Night | A friendly game. Timing and registration shared closer to the event. |
21:00 – 23:00 | DJ and dancing | The Main Hall shifts into evening mode. The program closes at 23:00. |
22:00 and 23:00 | Return shuttles to Lisbon | Leave gradually once the Main Hall program ends. |
