Join Italian chef Alessandra Lauria (The Pasta Studio) for a hands-on pasta-making workshop, then sit down together to enjoy a delicious pasta dinner; cooked from what you’ve created.

Everything is provided - ingredients, tools, and expert guidance - so you can simply show up and have fun. And yes… unlimited wine is included in the price.

Collaboration with Alessandra Lauria - The Pasta Studio

This edition happens in collaboration with Alessandra Lauria and her project The Pasta Studio. Born and raised in Sicily, Italian chef trained as a professional pasta maker in Italy and now leads The Pasta Studio in Lisbon, sharing her passion for handmade pasta through workshops and dinners.

“Be just like Pasta: flexible, resilient and strong but also bit magic” - Alessandra Lauria

Born and raised in Sicily within a large family of artisans, Alessandra began her professional journey working as a social worker and project manager before retraining in 2014 as a cook, host and events organiser. She has worked in food for over ten years, with seven years dedicated to professional pasta making, after earning her diploma in Padua and Bologna. Today, she works independently across Europe, sharing her expertise through workshops, events and collaborations.

Setting

The workshop and dinner takes place in our main hall, with the fireplace lit and a calm winter atmosphere. The space offers a quiet atmosphere, creating a comfortable environment for a dining experience based on pasta and lots of shared love.
