Each morning begins on the Atlantic coast of Ericeira with coaching from Joana Andrade and the team at Progress Surf School.

Unlike a typical surf holiday, the focus is not simply getting in the water. It is measurable progression. Surfing becomes the shared adventure that brings the entire community together.

Your surf coach is Joana Andrade – Portugal's leading big-wave surfer. Joana has coached athletes at every level – from first-timers to competitors – and founded Progress Surf School in Ericeira, known for structured, safety-first, high-performance coaching.

Your Summer Village

Children form friendships and move freely between activities while adults connect naturally through dinners, surf sessions and shared rituals.

Built Something Real

Children participate in the Startup Lab, where they learn how ideas become products, projects and simple businesses through collaborative challenges, creative exercises and hands-on building. Parents join in conversations and workshops sharing their stories about building, investing and innovating.

Parents have access to ATMOS Steam Centre and outdoor SPA complex with hot tub, cold plunge and ice tub, yoga classes, meditation sessions, Ajurvedic massages and quiet cowork spaces.
